CHOOSING A PRODUCT Choose a section from the front page of the Online Store e.g.. Barbour. This will show you some of the available products from each supplier. (Items not shown in the store but depicted on the manufacturers website can also be ordered). Alternatively you can click 'search' on the top navigation bar to search for specific items. Click on the link to your selected item to go to that item's page with a picture, description and price. If you like it, specify the colour and size you would like - then click the 'add to basket' button - and it will be added to your shopping basket.
SHOPPING BASKET The basket displays all your reserved purchases so far on this visit to the site. If you wish to change the quantity of a certain item, type the number in to the box. If you wish to remove an item from the basket click the 'remove' button. You may continue shopping in the catalogue, using your basket to store items. To complete your order follow the checkout instructions.
COMPLAINTS & HOW TO CONTACT US All complaints will be handled in a fair and equitable manner and we will keep you informed about progress. RETURNS Items returned unused and in resalable condition, i.e. complete with all manufacturers tags etc, will be exchanged or a full refund provided. Postage will be charged for replacements. If goods are returned, within one month , due to defective materials or workmanship, the item will replaced at no charge (We will pay postage).
PAYMENT All prices quoted are in GB Pounds Sterling and include UK Value added Tax (VAT) . If the shipping destination is outside the European Community, we will deduct the VAT from the price of the merchandise. The purchaser is liable for all import duties, taxes etc. applied by the destination Country. We accept payment by credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or by Postal Order, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft . Back ordered items are not charged until they are ready to ship. All credit cards transactions will be verified and processed by Streamline. All customer payment information is encrypted using SSL on a secure server by Blacksun. We do not record or store any credit card numbers other than for payment purposes.
DELIVERY We aim to deliver your purchase quickly and securely at the best price available. For this reason we use Royal Mail/Parcelforce for their reliability and service. We are committed to using the most cost effective means.
